Kokzi Des Anti-Coccidial Disinfectant
Broad-spectrum disinfectant to eliminate shed endoparasites, worm eggs,
coccidia, cryptosporidia, and clostridia.
Kill Time Targets at mix %
coccidia (Eimeria tenello) 3% 2hrs
worm eggs (Ascaris suum) 3% 2hrs
cryptosporidia 2% 2hrs
clostridia 4% 1hrs
Endoparasite infestations, for instance by coccidia or roundworms, are the cause of substantial losses in animal rearing. Affected animals excrete coccidia, oocysts, and worm eggs with their faeces. Other animals may get infected from these shed parasites. In case of coccidiosis, such as by Isospora suis (causing piglet diarrhoea), disinfection in the pens is critical. In Poultry and Game husbandry, oocysts of Eimeria tenella have to be dealt with by disinfection prior to populating the house. Endoparasites may survive for several months, multiplying constantly. For a given form of parasite, only tested products guarantee effectiveness.
Application Overview
Available in 1litre and 750ml RTU (Ready to Use 4% solution) Trigger Spray. Application: Clean out the housing well and spray/saturate the floor, equipment and walls with a diluted solution of Kokzi Des, to a height of 1.5m. For smooth surface we recommend the application of 100ml of solution per m
2. When used in higher concentration (e.g.400ml per m2) forced ventilation must be applied in the stalls during the disinfecting process. There is no requirement to rinse the surfaces. Do not use in conjunction with hot smoke generators. Always use freshly prepared solution. By combining the use of a powerful disinfectant with the administration of drugs, it can be assumed that endoparasites that were already shed are prevented from affecting the animals.
Advantages of Kokzi Des:
Reliable control of shed endoparasites
Registration with DVG in preparation
Application dosage only 3%
Barely perceptible smell
Effective on bacteria and viruses
